MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring for the role of “**Associate - Sales Support**” for our business operations in Bangalore, India.

Summary: The Team is a service-oriented group supporting business unit based in the US. The team is crucial in managing key processes such as account management for floor and wall tile categories, sales support through outbound calls, item data management (IDM), and Home Depot projects. As a valuable member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate directly with Home Depot stores, gaining insights into market trends.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling process to Home Depot Stores based on specific Special Buy projects.
- To ensure products have been delivered and received as per shipping records.
- To ensure products have been merchandised in their desired location as per project scope.
- To ensure products are in the customer’s reach with all necessary details visible to improve shopping experience.
- To educate store associate/executive on various products and programs as per requirement.
- Preparing and sending monthly sales reports to Business Units/Stake Holders in USA.
- Performing Checker Entry to cross check all shipping documents’ accuracy.
- Any additional work/ task provided by the team lead related to your team.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in international voice process.
- Freshers with good English communication skill is a must.
- Good attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.
- Needs to have basic knowledge with popular Microsoft Office programs e.g. PowerPoint, excel, word etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to create content and prepare reports.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate sound work ethics.
- Flexible to work in Night shift.
