We are looking for a trainer who would be responsible for delivering our "BootCamp" training as defined by the approach and resources under the Guidance of the Curriculum. **Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest services, front office, or hospitality training. - Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or team lead in the hospitality industry is a plus. - TOT Certified (Optional) **Key Skills**: - Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills. - In-depth knowledge of hospitality service standards and customer interaction techniques. - Ability to design engaging training materials and conduct interactive sessions. - Proficiency in hotel management software and training tools. - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Master's (preferred) **Experience**: - Teaching: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
