We are seeking a warm and proactive Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional dining experience at our cafe. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling billing, and ensuring a memorable visit for each guest. The associate will also maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the cafe tidy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, personalized service experience.
- Take and relay orders accurately, ensuring timely and attentive table service.
- Process billing transactions and handle cash or digital payments efficiently.
- Clear tables, clean surfaces, and maintain overall cleanliness of the cafe.
- Assist with any guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹8,280.53 - ₹15,000.00 per month
