Role Overview

The **Office Administration Assistant or Executive** is responsible for handling day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Support various departments with clerical and administrative duties as required.
- Oversee office supply inventory and handle procurement as needed.
- Organize and maintain common office areas to ensure efficiency and tidiness.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduate, High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or executive is preferred but not always mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
