**Location** : Karnataka and Kerala

**Job Type** : Consultant (One-year contract, renewable based on project continuation)

**Job Summary** : We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with BLib or MLib

degrees from reputed institutions in Karnataka and Kerala to join our team as Associate

operations of consortium customers, working closely with the Head Librarian of the

Consortia as Knimbus representatives. This role includes conducting regular reviews,

providing training, gathering requirements, and making platform changes based on client

needs. The position also involves collaborating with the Customer Experience (CX) and

extensively and be fluent in the local language (both written and spoken).

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the daily operations of consortium customers.
- Collaborate with the Head Librarian of the Consortia as a Knimbus representative.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.
- Gather requirements and implement platform changes based on client feedback.
- Interface with the Customer Experience (CX) and Product teams for development-related needs.
- Travel extensively to meet with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate fluently in the local language, both written and spoken.

**Qualifications**:

- BLib or MLib degree from a reputed institution in Karnataka or Kerala.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in library management or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in the local language (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
