Position : Content Librarian

Experience : 2 to 3 Years
- Location : flex to look for resources outside Mumbai location.
- Salary:
**25000- 30000** max CTC
- Shift timing
- **4:00 pm to 2:00 am/ Flexible with Night**

Business requirement:
Must Have: Ability to understand & build Retailer Channel mapping in PIM/Syndicator & good communication.

Programming/SQL/VBA experience.

Must be a graduate

Responsible for support & execution of key operational processes and tools associated to the day to day gathering and updating product information which is a part of digital marketing initiatives. Adherence to defined SLA's & KPI's. Ex: TAT & Accuracy.
- Ability to understand & build Retailer Channel mapping in PIM/Syndicator is a good to have.
- Must have experience in Ecommerce domain (product listing/ retail/ market place etc.)
- Programming/SQL/VBA experience.
- ** Possesses good knowledge of process, tools and it’s usability.**
- ** Owns process related updates in liaise with the Global/Regional SME.**
- ** Help in design, implementation and testing of PIM & DAM for global roll out.**
- ** Responsible for fulfillment of request via the gathering/delivery team, ensuring requests are delivered within defined SLA.**
- ** Work with business teams to resolve any issues identified & build a mitigation plan.**
- ** Own service reporting across - SLA/KPI's & overall service performance.**
