**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or updates as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Retrieve and review data from source documents, electronic files, or other references.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Generate reports, extract data, and perform basic data analysis as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data entry policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure data quality.
- Follow-up on incomplete or inaccurate data to resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to deadlines and productivity targets set by management.
- Stay updated on data entry software, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related field are a plus.
- Familiarity with data confidentiality principles and best practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Attention to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
