**Experience**: 1-3 years in EdTech sales preferred
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a compelling manner.
- Follow up diligently on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Update CRM software with lead status and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in an **edtech company**.
- Fluency in **English** and at least one **South Indian language** (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is a must).
- Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in selling edtech products or services (e.g., online courses, tutoring, test prep).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Understanding of the Indian education ecosystem.
