- Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with prospects.
- **Client Communication**:

- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends and competitors to improve bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine business growth strategies.
- Provide insights and reports on bidding performance and conversions.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in online bidding on freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals and understand project requirements.
