**Job Description: Online Bidder (Freshers Welcome)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Bidding & Proposal Writing**:

- Create and submit proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
- Understand client requirements from posted jobs and draft tailored responses.
- Follow up on proposals to increase conversion rates.
- **Client Communication**:

- Assist in understanding project requirements and relay them to technical teams.
- Maintain a professional and engaging communication style.
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**:

- Research trending technologies and market demands.
- Identify new bidding opportunities and potential client segments.
- Keep records of bids, wins, and client feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus.
- Enthusiastic to learn and adapt to bidding strategies.
