SHOWROOM COUNTER, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.

2. Responsible for the acquisition of new clients.

3. Will be responsible for business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.

4. Will be responsible for Collaboration in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.

5. Will Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc

6. Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting nice product Range to new and existing

Clients.

7. Approach new businesses with proposals.

8. Manage and maintain sales / client’s database.

9. Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients.

10. Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel

11. Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes.

12. Manage clients / projects receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI.

13. Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process.

14. Oversee and manage corporate team of sales executives/business development executives to achieve set targets.

15. Should be able to travel in the pan Gujarat region.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:
1. 2 to 5 years total experience out of in B2B/B2C channel in India.

2. Self-starter with excellent communication & presentation skills.

3. Experience in managing complex sales cycle with B2B selling process to multi-national companies

4. Knowledge of the Workplace Market Sector in Ahmedabad and

Gujarat as a whole including competitive positioning and strategy.

5. Experience in Architecture, Interior Design firms or related fields in

Multinational companies.

6. Fluent English.

7. Excellent Negotiation and Selling skills.

8. Team player and ability to work with & through others.

9. Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
