SALARY RANGE - AS PER INTERVIEW AND EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE - 02 - 03 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS CARPENTRY FOREMAN

SKILLS REQUIRED - Providing proper training for wood cutting, veneering, wood planning, sanding, and hot pressing for laminate process.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- **Objectives**:
To comply with the planed schedule to meet targeted out put

Ensure quality of workmanship that satisfy both client and company

**Scope**:
1. Checking the quality of materials and work piece.

2. Assigning daily workload for workers in respective department.

3. Preparing manpower allocation for each project.

4. Pre determine material and tools needed in the carpentry assy. line.

5. Providing daily and weekly status of productions.

6. Responsible for correct monitoring of workers daily production activities through production card and budgeted.

7. Preparing the production & man power tracking Reports.

8. To make section daily plan to implement the general plan.

9. Establishing of section standard output and monitoring.

10. Providing proper training for wood cutting, veneering, wood planning, sanding, and hot pressing for laminate process.

11. Ensures cleanness and order of work table.

12. Responsible for safety checking.

13. To implement and abide with company policies.

14. Performing other related task assigned to him from time to time.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

- Carpentry Foreman: 2 years (preferred)
- Wood Cutting: 2 years (preferred)
- Veneering: 2 years (preferred)
- Wood Planning: 2 years (preferred)
- Sanding: 2 years (preferred)
- Hot Pressing: 2 years (preferred)
- Lamination Process: 2 years (preferred)
