Committed to driving sustainable mobility solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations and Branding Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the perception of our company in the global market and engage with a diverse group of investors.

**Job Overview**:
Marketing Executive with Investor Relationship with Branding experience to built and manage the marketing department of the SVM, which aspires to be the future of the urban mobility..

**Key Responsibilities**:
a) Conduct consumer and market research and anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date

b) Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy.

c) Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.

d) Lead marketing team members through campaigns and analytical of the marketing campaigns.

**Global Investor Relations**:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors globally.

Develop and execute strategies to enhance communication with the investment community. Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and presentations.

**Financial Communication**:
Draft and review financial reports, press releases, and other communication materials.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stock exchange guidelines.

Collaborate with finance and legal teams on financial disclosures.

**Global Brand Development**:
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to elevate the company's global image.

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral for a global audience, ensuring cultural relevance.

**Media Relations**:
Build and maintain relationships with global media outlets and journalists.

Lead global media campaigns and press events.

**Crisis Communication**:
Develop and implement global crisis communication strategies.

Act as a global spokesperson for the company during challenging situations.

**Qualifications**:
a) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

b) Proven experience in global investor relations and branding, preferably in the automotive industry.

c) In-depth understanding of financial markets, regulations, and global business dynamics.

d) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a global perspective.

e) Ability to build and maintain relationships with global investors and media.

f) Creative thinking and strategic planning skills.

**Salary**: ₹85,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
