Channel Performance/New Tie-ups:

- To drive business growth and optimum productivities for the channel
- To keep a close track of channel performance by preparing channel reports, regular data analysis and connect with branches to take corrective action to drive business.
- New channel empanelment and activation
- New avenues of Business Growth
- get new Corporate Tie-ups/Business Tie-up on board with the Company

Channel/ Market engagement:

- Identifying channel/market problems, taking up concerns with various functions, channel induction, channel engagement, channel R &R, training needs, productivity ensuring timely communication and update on payout /policies.

Technology initiatives:
Be innovative in Digital & Go to Market Solutions, make business requirement documents with close coordination with IT.

Other Skills: Should be able to make Presentations/working knowledge of excel is must.

Qualification : MBA from a good institute

Industry Preference: Mortgage (Min 3 yrs experience in Credit/Product or Sales Role)
