**Position**: Service Incharge/O&M Incharge
**Company**: Solar Firm
**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place & Naya Bazar, Delhi
**Salary**: Rs. 22,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month (negotiable)

**Work Hours**: 10 AM - 6 PM, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Performance Monitoring**:

- Conduct random checks at various solar project sites to evaluate the performance of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams.
- **Performance Improvement**:

- Suggest improvements to enhance generation and plant performance ratio (PR) for solar plants.
- **Customer Complaint Management**:

- Ensure all customer complaints are responded to within **2 hours** for timely resolution.
- **Minor Breakdown Handling**:

- Ensure that minor breakdowns (e.g., String problems) are rectified within **24-48 hours** to minimize downtime.
- **Plant Operations Monitoring**:

- Ensure all plants are running smoothly and generating power as expected.
- **Root Cause Analysis**:

- Perform a detailed root cause analysis of any breakdowns at the sites to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
- **Coordination with OEMs**:

- Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure items under warranty are replaced within the agreed timeline.
- **Training Manual Development**:

- Create and update a **training manual** for the O&M team to ensure standardized processes.
- **Team Training**:

- Train the O&M team to perform their tasks according to company standards and best practices.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and onboard new O&M vendors to ensure continuous support for site operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a **Service/ O&M Incharge** in the solar energy sector.
- **Educational Qualification**: A **Bachelor's degree or diploma** in **Electrical Engineering**.

**Skills Required**:

- **Solar Energy Knowledge**: Understanding of solar energy systems and O&M best practices.
- **Software Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and **MS Word**.
- Working knowledge of **Google Sheets** for data management and analysis.

**Additional Details**:

- **Travel Requirement**: Flexibility to travel to different project sites as needed.
- Someone who can efficiently manage breakdowns, analyze issues, and **improve operational performance**.
- Good **communication skills** for customer complaint handling and internal coordination.
- **Training experience** or the ability to create training materials for a team.
- **Proactive** in identifying and addressing issues in solar plants to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
