Chem Academy is a leading ed-tech company providing high-quality educational content, live classes, and exam preparation services for students. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to oversee the technical and operational aspects of our live studio, ensuring the smooth delivery of live classes and sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage live classes and interactive sessions for students on our platform.
- Handle live streaming for YouTube sessions, ensuring high-quality broadcast and smooth execution.
- Coordinate with faculty members, technical teams, and support staff to ensure all classes and sessions are conducted seamlessly.
- Set up and maintain studio equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, software, etc.) for live streaming and recording sessions.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during live classes or streams, ensuring mínimal disruption to sessions.
- Assist in the pre-production, recording, and post-production of educational content.
- Manage the schedule for live classes and coordinate with instructors for timely broadcasts.
- Monitor live sessions for quality, interact with students when necessary, and provide live feedback to presenters.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in live streaming and ed-tech platforms to optimize studio operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the ed-tech industry or studio management.
- Knowledge of live streaming platforms such as YouTube, Zoom, or other webinar tools.
- Basic technical expertise in handling audio, video, and lighting equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple live sessions and tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
