**Job Opening : Bench Sales Recruiter**

**Experience : 6+months - 2 Years**

**Salary : DOE**

**Job Location :Mahalakshmi Towers, 80 feet Road, Saligramam,Chennai.**

*Looking for Bench sales Recruiters with minimum 6+months experience level and self-motivated and dedicated self-individual ready to join with us on a short notice..

*Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

*Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).

*Experience recruiting, Citizens, GC, OPTs, and EADs consultants.

*Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

*Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

*Should have excellent communication skills.

*Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

*Should be ready to work the night shift.

*Negotiating, if required, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

*Developing and maintaining a network of industry contacts and talent sources to support ongoing recruitment efforts.

*Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
