Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in billing or a similar role
- Proficiency in billing software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with export billing is a plus
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas and functions

Roles And Responsibilities
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely billing processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather billing information
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with clients regarding payment status
- Maintain billing records and update the billing database
- Produce financial reports related to billing activities
- Monitor and analyze billing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with relevant billing regulations and compliance requirements

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
