**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity

**Key Responsibilities**
- Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Corporate Finance related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals
- Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations
- Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback
- Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted
- Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars
- Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted

As a team, we believe working from office on all the days.

**Key Competencies**
- In-depth knowledge about finance, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain
- Worked as process related trainer in the previous assignments is an added advantage.
- Should have trained freshers and laterals in the previous assignments
- Knowledge on Advanced MS office (Excel, Word and PPT) is added advantage
- 5-6 years of experience
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated and willing to work hard
- Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive

Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected
