**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Python & Data Analytics Trainer** to join our training team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects, and helping them build strong foundations in Python programming, Data Analytics, and related tools.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on **Python, Data Analytics, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SQL, Power BI/Excel, and Machine Learning basics**.
- Design, update, and maintain **course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and projects**.
- Provide **practical demonstrations** with real-world datasets and case studies.
- Guide students in developing **data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills**.
- Conduct **assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and project evaluations**.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, libraries, and trends in **Python & Analytics**.
- Mentor and motivate students towards **career opportunities in Data Analytics**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in **Python programming** (functions, OOPs, libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Hands-on knowledge of **Data Analytics & Visualization tools** (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Familiarity with **SQL & database management**.
- Basic understanding of **Machine Learning concepts** (added advantage).
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and mentoring skills**.
- Prior **teaching/training experience** preferred, but not mandatory if having strong industry experience.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field**.
- Minimum **2+ years of training experience** OR **3+ years of professional work experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence**.
