**Job Title**: Marketing Executive

**Location**: Ambegaon Budruk, Pune.

**Compensation**: 2 to 3 LPA

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

**Experience**:Fresher - 1 Year.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Strategy**:
Conduct thorough research in the elevator industry, analyse trends, and assess competition to inform strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

**Product Promotion & Digital Marketing**:
**Event Management & CRM**:
Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and product launches, while utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor marketing performance.

**Collaboration & Budget Management**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing return on investment.

**Brand Management & SEO/SMO**:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and coordinate with SEO vendors for traffic analysis. Manage social media content creation for effective brand marketing.

**Field Marketing**:(70% office work & 30% field work)

Identify key clients, arrange meetings, and showcase company details for effective field marketing, strengthening client relationships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, client relationship building, and effective communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
