**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage SEO & SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve search rankings.
- Create and optimize social media content and ad creatives for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.

**Salary Range**: As per interview performance.
**Reporting To**: Marketing Manager / Team Lead
