**JD: Events & Activation Executive**

Strong communication & operational abilities are essential for success in this dynamic, fast-paced role. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and external vendor relationships.

**Role & Responsibility**

**Events**
- Conceptualizing, designing and executing a best-in-class event for org-level events (internal & external)
- Work closely with the Sales team to sell and monetize events, ensuring that each event achieves its financial targets and contributes to the overall event revenue.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in event creation for reader/audience acquisition, message delivery, brand strategy execution and amplification, etc.
- Navigate and own all end-to-end operations for events & activations working closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Brand, Legal/Compliance, Corporate Operations, etc. as well as external partners and agencies.
- Align to budgets and timeline (including event logistics, financial management, fabrication / graphic / production timelines, vendor timelines, creative deliverables)
- Manage vendor activity (ensuring effective communications, quotes, selection, setup, POs / deposits, etc.)
- Lead internal meetings, communications, and event enablement.
- Present milestones, budget updates and strategy.
- Post-event metrics reporting, event debriefings, and support in final reconciliation of budgets
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed project briefs and timelines, coordinating assignments within the team in collaboration with stakeholders.

**Minimum Qualification Requirement**
- Bachelor's / Master’ degree from an accredited university or college.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, including some experience (preferable) in corporate events management
- Able to see beyond a given task and advise.
- You are an experienced events professional with a strong background working across business teams including agencies, marketing, product, sales, operations, communications, and legal/finance.
- A proven track record of defining and delivering successful events and managing event operations.
- High motivation and extreme organization skills: you are an individual with experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills to ensure high quality results.
- Excellence in project management to ensure all milestones are achieved on time and on budget before, during and after the event.
- Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are a skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
