- Calling and convince the **Insurance company** (payers) for payment on their outstanding claims.
- Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Quick learning and understanding of complex processes
- Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
- To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process
- Should be ready to work in US Shifts (Night Shifts)
- Location : Bangalore
