**Work Location**: Hyderabad and Bangalore

**Role/Job Description - Technical**
- Design and develop Oracle Retail RICEW components.
- Work with Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, and UNIX Shell Scripts.
- Design and develop batch programs using Shell scripts, Pro*C, BI reports, and ADF forms.
- Develop a strong understanding of industry-leading practices and independently derive solutions.
- Identify and understand architectural components, providing direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
- Make quick decisions and solve technical problems to ensure an efficient environment for project implementation.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout various phases of Oracle RMS/ReIM/ReSA/RPM/Allocations/RIB implementation projects.
- Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
- Provide timely updates to team leads, supervisors, and project managers.

**Required Skills**:

- 1 to 4 years of technical experience in Oracle RMS implementation/upgrade projects.
- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, Shell scripts, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining FRICEW components.
- Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing, and maintaining technical FRICEW objects.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) to articulate problems and make design decisions.
- Solid understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies such as AIM.
- Knowledge of ADF, ODI, Informatica, OBIEE, SOA, or Oracle Cloud is a plus.
- Experience working with at least two of the following modules: RMS, ReIM, ReSA, RTM, RPM, Allocations, and RIB.
