We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** with **2+ years of experience** to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performance designs across web and mobile platforms. You should have a strong grasp of design principles, prototyping, and user research methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other team members to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- **Conduct user research and usability testing** to gather user feedback and incorporate insights into design improvements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and apps function and look.
- Translate concepts into **user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- **Ensure consistency** in visual design and maintain the integrity of the company’s design guidelines and standards.
- Work with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- **Stay up-to-date** with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Provide **support during the development process** to ensure the final product meets the initial design specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Graphic Designing, Computer Science, or related field.
- **2+ years of experience** as a UI/UX designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- **Proficiency in design tools** such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of **interaction design principles, typography, and color theory**.
- Experience in **user research, prototyping, wireframing**, and conducting **A/B testing**.
- Familiarity with **front-end development technologies** (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to **work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment** and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent **problem-solving** and **communication skills**.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
