**Position**: UI/UX Designer
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years
**Location**: Kochi (On-Site)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Availability**: Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI Design**: Create engaging and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms.
- **UX Research**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, or **Sketch**.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals and user needs.
- **Animation & 3D**: Incorporate animations and 3D elements to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of designs.
- **Usability Testing**: Analyze user feedback and conduct usability tests to refine designs and improve user experience.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- **Iteration & Improvement**: Continuously enhance designs based on feedback, data, and evolving trends.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and other relevant documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in tools such as **Figma**, **Sketch**, **Adobe XD**, or similar.
- **User-Centered Design**: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Expertise in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- **Responsive Design**: Familiarity with responsive design best practices.
- **Animation & 3D**: Experience in creating animations and working with 3D design tools (preferred).
- **Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in **Design**, **Human-Computer Interaction**, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and case studies.
