**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer
**Experience**: 2 Years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Location**:Kochi (On-Site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UX Research**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that align with project goals and user needs.
- **Usability Testing**: Analyze user feedback and conduct usability tests to improve the design and user experience.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure designs are responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
- **Design Iteration**: Continuously improve the design based on user feedback, data, and evolving trends.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not required).
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
