**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer.

**Job Overview**:
We are Eloit Innovations seeking a highly organized and proactive UI/UX Designer **We are Eloit seeking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.** In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric, seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products. If you are passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences and have a strong eye for clean and functional interface design, we’d love to connect with you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, user-focused design across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and visual coherence.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics to improve usability and engagement.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our products modern and competitive.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and well-crafted UI design across platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile teams and product-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
