We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Global Support Executive**

**In this role, you will**:

- To ensure Unique Transaction Identifier and must be attributed to each trade in order for it to be reported to a global trade repository (GTR). Under EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation) rules the UTI must be agreed between both parties to be accepted.
- Perform accurate checking and verification of Market operations that is done by Middle Office.
- 100% adherence to DIM, FIM, DFA and EMIR regulations.
- Strict adherence to FIM 12.4-Confirmations, FIM 12.3-Trade Details and FIM 7.1 - GBM DFA Unregistered Entity Swap Dealing Manual.
- All Items to be queried and actioned in a timely and accurate manner.
- Daily completion of reporting deadlines.
- To ensure Zero PLA breaches, regulatory reporting breaches, and Ops loss.
- To ensure all processes are executed and in compliant as per FIM & DIM.
- Queues are closely monitored on a regular basis with zero miss.
Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
**Knowledge**
- Experience in Securities/ Foreign Exchange & Money Market or Derivatives would be an advantage
- A degree in accounting/finance/management/business administration. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations commensurate with the position

**Experience**
- Experience** **in Foreign Exchange & Money Market is preferable.
- Experiences in the Confirmation & Settlement processes of Foreign Exchange & Money Market would be an added advantage.

- Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
- Ability to write business letters and reports
- Good conversational/telephone skills
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
- Possess knowledge on MS Office with good numerical and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Ability to build rapport with and relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people.
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
- Ability to multitask
- Good Communication, planning and organizing skills.
- Good initiation of improvements. Open to Change.
- Able to work under challenging environment with tight timelines.
