**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Counter Sales Executive** to join our retail team. You will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, understanding their needs, showcasing relevant products, and ensuring an excellent buying experience that builds trust and encourages repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery designs and options.
- Display product features, pricing, and specifications with clarity and confidence.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently, including billing and invoicing.
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the counter and display area.
- Ensure security of stock by following company guidelines for handling and showcasing jewellery.
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory updates.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper sales records and customer data entry in the system.
- Follow grooming and uniform standards as per company policy.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or feedback professionally and escalate when required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, well-spoken, and presentable appearance
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (training can be provided)
- Sales-driven attitude with good negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and product knowledge retention
- Familiarity with billing systems, POS machines, or basic computer skills
- Team player with a customer-first approach

**Qualifications**:

- HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1-4 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery or Luxury Retail preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days a week (Rotational weekly off)
- Timings as per store hours (including weekends & festivals)

**Compensation**:
₹15,000/ - ₹25,000/ - per month
