**Responsibilities***:
1. SME with 3 to 4 years of experience in Command Center/NOC monitoring(Level 1.5)

2. L1.5 - Knowledge of monitoring an alert, ensuring event correlation, checking for incident creation and performing basic troubleshooting.

3. Should have Knowledge of Azure monitoring tools

4. Tools Knowledge : Adobe Analytics / Grafana/ Qualtrics user journey/Service Now - Would be an added advantage

5. Support hrs - 2 shifts (8.00 am till 10.00 pm), in person from Mumbai.

6. Good Oral and Written communication
