As an **Associate System Administrator, **you can help make possibilities happen.
Ultra-Modern and well equipped, The ACI Datacenter in India and overseas location provide all customer facing and corporate environments infrastructure support to all product line and provides industry-leading products to enable financial institutions to effectively manage transactions through the card payment lifecycle. These products are utilized by card acquirers, issuers, and institutions connecting to the card vendor clearing networks (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX etc.).
- Responsible for Windows server installation, maintenance, monitoring, data backup and recovery, security and administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print Server and Group Policies, Windows Patch Management
- Knowledge of latest VMware ESXi versions is good to have.
- Experience on windows 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022
- IBM Bigfix compliance security and compliance
- Group Policy administration and configuration, Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration
- Disaster recovery and Incident responses planning awareness
- Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
- A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking
- A solid understanding of ITIL needed.
- Ability to quickly respond to pressing issues that arise.
- Define and document best practices and support procedures.
- VMware Certification and Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, equivalent work experience in product/customer support
- Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently, must be a team player.
- Good written and verbal communication skills **Minimum Qualifications**
1-3 years of Must have 1+ years of related experience in Windows administration.
**Highly Desired Qualifications**
- Business knowledge about card payments industry is a plus.
- Work Experience in **Agile **Methodology would be preferable.
**Education**:
- BE, BTech Comp Science, BTech Electronics, BE / BTech IT, MSc Comp Sc, MCA
