**Job Opening: Business Development Executive,**
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls, following up with clients, and processing orders
efficiently.
2. Collaborating with the accounts team for invoicing and maintaining
accurate customer records.
3. Generating and presenting timely product details, ensuring customer
satisfaction.
4. Gathering feedback and maintaining regular communication with clients for
repeat orders.
5. Navigating challenging situations with a firm decision-making approach.
6. Providing exceptional service by understanding and addressing customer
needs.Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Development, Food
Science, Pharma, or any other related degree.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Adaptability to handle tough situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Pharma, food, or related industries.
