**Job description**

Conduct research to identify new mechanical engineering technologies, methodologies, and materials.

Design and develop prototypes and innovative solutions for mechanical systems, products, or components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand design objectives, and define project scope.

Perform feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess the viability and potential impact of new concepts or designs.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed engineering drawings and models.

Perform simulations, analyses, and testing to validate and optimize designs for performance, efficiency, and safety.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations to incorporate them into the development process.

Generate technical reports, documentation, and specifications to communicate design concepts, analysis results, and recommendations.

Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production teams to ensure successful transition from R&D to production.

Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, design methodologies, and materials science.

Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA) and simulation tools (such as ANSYS or COMSOL).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present findings to stakeholders.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
