**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs, furniture, and custom elements using **3ds Max**.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate sketches and drawings into accurate 3D representations.
- Produce photorealistic renderings for presentations and client meetings.
- Support the team in organizing and managing project files and 3D libraries.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to design challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Strong skills in **3ds Max** for modeling and rendering.
- Experience with rendering engines such as **V-Ray** or **Corona Renderer** is preferred.
- Familiarity with **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, or other architectural software is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and detailing.
- Keen attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
