**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing and designing **restaurant and resort spaces** based on brand identity and functional needs.
- Creating detailed **2D drawings, 3D renders, and architectural plans** using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Developing **layouts, structural plans, and interior space planning** while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborating with **clients, contractors, and the internal design team** to execute projects smoothly.
- Providing **electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exhaust, and fire safety designs** for hospitality spaces.
- Conducting **site visits** to oversee project execution and ensure adherence to designs.
- Researching and implementing **innovative architectural trends** in the hospitality sector.
- Ensuring that projects are completed **within budget, timelines, and quality standards**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in designing **restaurants, hotels, or resorts**.
- Expertise in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent 2D/3D design software**.
- Strong understanding of **materials, structures, and hospitality design trends**.
- Ability to work on **multiple projects simultaneously** and deliver under deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- **Willingness to travel** as per project requirements.
