**Job Title: 2D Architectural Design Engineer**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D architectural drawings, including building plans and floor plans, using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts and ensure technical feasibility.
- Interpret and implement design specifications and requirements accurately.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in architectural design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in 2D architectural design, particularly in creating building plans and floor plans.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a design or architectural firm.
- Knowledge of 2D& 3D modeling software.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous architectural design projects.
