**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and legal requirements in the real estate sector.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including regulatory frameworks and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling high-end properties or premium projects.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
