**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative & Partner Support**
- Manage partners’ calendars, schedules, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conference calls, and client engagements.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
**Human Resources & Office Management**
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR records, leave balances, and employee documentation.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.
- Handle space allocation, equipment maintenance, and general office needs.
**Client & Relationship Management**
- Act as a liaison between partners and clients, ensuring timely communication.
- Assist in client onboarding and maintain the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Help promote events like webinars, workshops, and other branding initiatives.
**Strategic & Operational Support**
- Assist in managing firm-wide projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Conduct research on legal developments, client industries, and operational tools.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
**Legal, Compliance & Finance Coordination**
- Understand court processes and maintain a calendar of legal deadlines.
- Coordinate with legal teams for court filings, client meetings, and case-related tasks.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices for clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with finance teams to track payments, manage expense records, and assist in budget reporting.
**Technology & Process Improvement**
- Oversee firm databases and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Introduce and train staff on new tools to improve efficiency.
- Assist with social media management and content creation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
