**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns to promote the institute's courses.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract a broader audience.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and webinars to increase brand visibility.
- Represent Promise Academy in corporate or campus events for collaborations and tie-ups.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitors’ strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to expand reach and improve student acquisition.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student inquiries.
- Generate periodic reports to assess performance and suggest improvements.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education/training sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
