**Digital Marketing Specialist - Interior Industry**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the interior design or home furnishings industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,325.00 per month
