**Job Summary**:The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an understanding of herbal extract manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Supervise production activities to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting production timelines or quality.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities.
- Foster a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper documentation of production activities.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address deviations or non-conformities.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and suggest efficiency-enhancing measures.
- Implement best practices to minimize waste and maximize output.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions for production staff.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and resource usage.
- Prepare and present production reports to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering; or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in herbal extracts, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.
- Experience in supervising teams in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.

- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and manufacturing safety protocols.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Achievement of production targets.
- Minimization of downtime and wastage.
- Compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Team productivity and satisfaction.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Rs15,000 - Rs 18000 Per month
