As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SOLAVESTA, a dynamic solar lending startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and overall financial health of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial operations, driving financial growth, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Your expertise will be critical in managing financial risks and opportunities while fostering a culture of financial discipline and transparency within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with SOLAVESTA's long-term goals and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to create actionable financial plans and budgets that align with the company's overall strategic vision.
- Assess and recommend financial opportunities, investment options, and potential partnerships to enhance SOLAVESTA's market position.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
- Provide insightful financial recommendations to aid in decision-making and resource allocation.

3. Risk Management and Compliance:

- Monitor and manage financial risks, including credit, market, and liquidity risks, while implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

4. Funding and Capital Management:

- Lead fundraising efforts, including equity, debt, and venture capital funding, to support SOLAVESTA's growth plans.
- Optimize capital allocation and manage the company's financial resources efficiently.

5. Treasury and Cash Management:

- Develop and maintain effective cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
- Oversee the company's banking relationships and manage financial transactions.

6. Financial Operations:

- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee accounting functions, including financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

7. Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability within the finance department and across the organization.
