**Seeking a skilled and motivated Tele Collections Executive for a BPO Company in the Banking Process department. As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from our clients.**

**Position**: Tele Collections Executive (Tamil and Kannada)

**Location**: Turbhe, NavI Mumbai

**Qualification**: HSC or above

**Experience**: 0 to 4 years

**Salary**: Upto 18k - In hand

**Job Type**: Work from office

**Job Days**: 6 days

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Tamil and Kannada
- Strong knowledge of debt collection techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging clients
- Proficient in using collections software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively reach out to clients for payments
- Negotiate repayment plans and terms with clients to ensure maximum debt recovery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with clients regarding debts
- Prepare and present reports on the status of outstanding debts to senior management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
