**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**
**Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai**
**Experience: 2 - 4 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Approach potential customers, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations about Kapalin Logicare's services.
- **Sales and Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to the Sales Manager.
- **Field Visits**:

- Conduct frequent on-site visits to clients for relationship management and operational discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
