**Job Description for Salesperson Position**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and approach potential customers, including sports teams, schools, corporates, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Targets and Performance**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
- **Order Management and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Manage client orders, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports or apparel industry.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sports and related products is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
