**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Meerut region.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and stay updated on competitors' activities.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of E3 Hardware products.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to achieve revenue goals.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about E3 Hardware's product offerings and updates, ensuring the ability to answer customer inquiries confidently.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the hardware or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the Meerut market is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
