Position Overview:
The Online Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales and revenue growth for a company's products or services through various online channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Online Sales Strategies:
Create and execute strategies to maximize online sales and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and target key online markets, customer segments, and niches.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Manage Online Sales Platforms:
Maintain and optimize the company's online sales platforms, such as e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, and social media channels.
Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurately displayed and up to date.
Monitor online sales performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns to facilitate the sales process.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Work closely with customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the online sales process.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report online sales performance.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommending actionable strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have Basic Knowledge of Chemicals and Chemicals Industries.
- Proven 1 - 3 or more years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms, marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
