**Job Overview**:
As a Software and Product Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's software products to potential customers. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and a desire to kick-start a successful career in the technology sales industry. You will work closely with the sales team and marketing department to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our software products to potential clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition of our software products.
- Handle customer objections and concerns, providing suitable solutions and addressing queries promptly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collaterals and promotional materials.
- Attend sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in software and technology products, with a willingness to learn about new advancements in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
